New Sales Order Form
Complete ALL information on the form to insure prompt delivery. 
  1.   Your Focal Point ID is required on every form submitted.  To obtain your Focal Point ID, go to Administration → Manage Company.  Your ID is listed under Company Information.
  2. Dropdown options are available for Shipping Method and Item Descriptions.  Be sure to select Yes or No regarding your carrier preference(see beneath Shipping Method).
 
Save the completed form to your computer and attach to your email and send to dana@americancorrections.com only.
